2. Why do you want to be leader of this specific organisation.
:- I want to be leader of this organisation because I have experienced most of organisations as high command . So I can guide people properly as a Leader and I want to Show my Leadership Skill to all and due my past experiences in gangs so I now about how they works and I want to make my Gang unique from others Gangs and I will do my best to make Gang better then past and can help people to become a Gangster
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
:- Firstly to improve the role play level in the organisation I will do active Ghetto Robbery and regular Events and see who is more Active and Promote him according to his attendance in events and I will some every experience persons who will help low ranks to experience all things in gangs i will a Bonus System form which all will get help in Finically and Rank of high command should be given to those people who have most of experience in others gangs and now all Gangs rules and interview will taken properly
