Hello, I opened dispute on administration with obvious evidence that they made wrong decision, but they've been ignoring my complaint for more than 10 days. What am I supposed to do?

You could ask about it IC or text a admin on dc. To my knowledge there isnt a time that they have to process it. Sorry
