my friend Habibi Heshka (3892) got a warning for General Rule 6.4

And I believe it is all 1 big misunderstanding, I put her in cuffs and we were in a helicopter, she then had a Code A, game crash, and she was in the jail with a prison term, so she bailed herself out herself as there was no one else free and immediately changed her name to prevent a warning for GOV, she has acknowledged her mistake and we can guarantee with a certainties she now after discussion with many people what too do inn the future.
