Hello alex or james i am here to report a guy that is continusly doing VDM and not getting his punishment so basically i have made 2 forum of the guy for the same situation and same place and for same reason but the guy didnt get his punishment. I am putting here both forums link Approved - GR 6.15 and VDM I 233190 , Rejected - RDM I 233190 in my opinion the guy can do the accident at the same situatin and for the same reason i have a humbke request to check it out.
