Rejected Mercy Kill + MG [ 338304, 292482, ??? ]

As i was arresting 338304,292482 i kept on hearing people speak in the background on some other communication software. As i arrived at DOC i took 292482 out of the vehicle and seen some other person outside doc shoot at him and kill him to get out of the arrest im unsure on who the person was but the shooting happened around 8:19 server time.

This interaction ruined the rp arrest for me.

If possible could you be able to find out who killed him and demorgan him if possible​
