on the pov u can see he didn't actually vdm however he attempted to and if my fellow gang member didn't die he would have so him attempting to should be counted u can tell he knew what he was doing from the speed and the direction he went if he was trying to avoid it then the speed and direction would be different he can also see a gun fight going on so bottom line he knew what he was doing.
