2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)


I served as a proud soldier for many months and represented NG with the best of intentions. Previously, I was an hc in NG. I gained experience and knowledge that will help improve the National Guard and expand its operations. I strongly believe that with my experience, dedication, and leadership skills, I have more than what it takes to lead this Army and i help lot of org out i was ng dedication to hr.

Throughout my career, I have worked in almost every department within NG. Served in recruiting, military police. And I know how most of these departments work and what they require. With this knowledge that I have, am able to track all departments and improve where all teams can improve with the help of their leaders. So, if I use everything I have,Create a plan for each department of NG, big improvements will be possible.

I'm definitely going to participate in all globals and events. There are no delays in ammunition deliveries, ensuring your entire organization always has ammunition. and support all organizations. Finally, I would like to say that the general knows what he can do by acting actively among his soldiers, always trying to understand them and never leaving them behind.

3.Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

  • Offer training sessions on effective roleplaying techniques. Provide guidance on how to stay in character, communicate effectively, and achieve the goals of the roleplay scenario.
  • Ensure that everyone is actively involved in the roleplay. Encourage shy or hesitant participants to contribute, and create an environment where all voices are valued.
  • Like I will focus in numbers and quality so NG will be an active org with good and experienced people in it something that will improve the RP and will make NG a better org.
  • Bodycam checks by Military Police randomly and to make sure everyone have their body cams on even if they are just doing gate duties
  • Active use of radio and only important things to be transmitted through the radio while on raid hours.
  • Battle training, have simulation training within the members of the NG on base, help them develop their shooting skills, their tactical knowledge and reactions, help make the system feel like the NG is the greatest defense of the City.
