career story: He had fun with co-workers for years and years but one night partying he remembered the night of his parents but to stop them he went to a pharmacy and got pills for him. He then became addicted and kept the secret to him self, he then stopped getting his supplies from his supplier and tortured him until Noah gave him truth serum and he got all the drugs in Los Santos But his boys didnt give him the location so he killed them because they didnt comply. He then was a Federal Agent by day L.S biggest Xanax dealer by night. But one day he was patrolling and pulled over someone over they offered him 50k to let him go, he accepted and took him to DOC anyway he asked for a lawyer but Noah Lied and said there's one coming but there wasn't he arrested him anyway, then the suspect said i have a bodycam but noah breaks it immediately. Then one day he pulled over his family member but let him go...

1: Noah can take/sell drugs when he is not on duty
2:Noah can apply truth serum to suspects (only /try 2 times per situation)
