so i just say many people saying moye moye in cc which is fl and when i told this to gods he said its meaning less word so it cant be considered fl

if you check all people saying moye moye are majority of indians using that word from rells of Instagram
as this word dont have any existence in English it should be considered as fl i think!

either people are saying that word relation to indian reels trend so i request you to confirm it plz!

also when i asked admin is non meaning less word in other language not considered as fl admin started to relate it with my previous query and then didnt reply(proof

That word we are not considering it as FL based on that context, nothing about it being intended to be in a FL or intended to be mentioned in a FL. Admin took the correct decision.​
