Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Accept this report.
ID 83732 will receive a punishment for Green Zone Rules 1.1 and Combat Logging.
ID 126148 will receive a punishment for Green Zone Rules 1.1 and Combat Logging.
However
ID 101205 will receive a punishment for Power Gaming (cuffing ID 100521 without speaking) and RDM on ID 100441 as they were trying to leave and did not pose a threat to life.
