There was a guy from LSPD, he came to insure his personal vehicle while he was in uniform and on duty and when I asked him what are you doing here, he said I was patrolling then I asked him how did you come here and then he went from here and got his LSPD org vehicle. So he was driving his personal vehicle on duty and he used Org vehicle for personal use that is to come from city to paleto bay to get his car insured and when I checked him on PDA he was seen in criminal structures and 1 prison term and LSPD hired him without going through his background.
