Hello Sir,

I was banned for GR 6.8 (It is restricted to do any amoral actions in relation to an unconscious person(e.g. spitting, sexual animations and etc) | BAN 3-7 days).

I would like to inform you that I was in that emote from past few minutes and was AFK at that place. The RP situation happened in front of me and the unconscious person thought that I am doing the emote on him. I am no way related to his death. It will be great if you can request the full PoV of the unconscious player to determine if I was doing it for him or if I was in that position before the RP situation started.

Rejected. No pov provided from your side+ from persons pov it does seem like you were doing emote on purpose near him in order to abuse rule
