The Spider Family, David and Anaa, welcomed Sam into the world in Stockton, California. When he was a child, both of his parents worked a lot—his mother eventually opened a bar in the city, and his father was the Spider family boss. Sam gained all of this knowledge while growing up around some of the most skilled and knowledgeable Mafia members. Sam gained knowledge from the Spider Family's top street lord. In everything from shooting to transferring drugs, he stressed the value of loyalty and qualified members to the new recruits.He learned the value of having multiple sources of income from his father. He learned that the City of Los Santos was gaining popularity in the nation's capital and, with his family's blessing, used the money his parents had given him to travel there. Sam went to his father to make contact with a family that he Created with his best buddy, Zain(George) and Darknight(Jake), because they knew that he couldn't get to the town without a link. After starting a family, they were so financially secure that they decided they did not need to be in charge of another family and left. They then acquired a house in Vespucci Canals. Due to their parents' and grandparents' knowledge of the criminal underworld and the numerous deaths and losses it caused, Sam, Zain and Darknight did not want this lifestyle for their future family. They created their business plan with the goal of starting their own enterprise and dominating the neighborhood. They begin getting together once a week and talking to various contacts they each had to gather the supplies they required to establish their family's base for the Skorpeans. In order to make the family as broad as possible and prosper in the city, they went out every week recruiting and networking in the city. They recruited people from gangs, civilians, and legal groups.

10- Chief- Chief is the one who manages the family and run's the family at his own will
9- Deputy Chief- Deputy Chief is basically who manage event's/make events while the leader is not in city !
8- Turf Leader- Turf Leader is basically who trains all the turfer and make their shooting good so they can control the situation and clap other family members
7- Turf- Turf Is who runs the Ghetto And Claps The Other Families Member
6- Gangstar- gangster, member of a criminal organization that systematically makes money from such activities as narcotic trafficking, and industrial extortion.
5- Commander- Commanders are those who are well trained from state like NG or LEO and they basically act as like the stealth Shooter
4- Elite- Elite's are those Knows all the laws about the gangs Ensures that all punishment is carried out
3- Independents- Independents are those who put the homies under and take care of the outer areas of smuggling and Bussiness drugs
2- Homie- Homies are the one that bought the trust of the independent and they take care of smuggle
1- Falcon- Falcon are the ears and eye of the family they give information what is going on the other family area
