Hello, I would like to say that I DO NOT want to complain against Levi Akashi, but he told me I should wirte a complaint about it. The story is that they robbed me during the component event and i wrote a report about it because the rule says: "It is forbidden to kill/rob/kidnap/etc. before the event starts(10 minutes before), during and 5 minutes after | Warn" So i thought they can not rob me. Levi said they can because it is IC event and they can rob me there. I would like a high command admin to take a look at event rule 1.2 because it doesnt contain the part where it says that the rule should be only applyed for OOC events. My issue is that if it would have said that the rule is not applyable for component then i wouldn't have carried much money with me. I only want the players to be clear about it. You would be suprised how many people said they can not rob. To sum up I would like an admin in charge of changing rules to think about it and change to rule so it contains the IC/OOC part. Thank you for reading it.
