Rejected VDM and burnouts at police station 40362. Second guy that ran me over 34307

Is doing burnouts at police station for no reason. The second guy VDM sort of my fault.

• In the provided clip, player 34307 parks and gets out of his vehicle after running into you while you are in the middle of the street. He may have not been able to see you right away while driving and on his end did not hit anyone. As for player 40362, he is not seen breaking any server rules in this clip.
