Rejected ORG warn for CR / Jessica Odds

Hello Harvey,

So i got a Org warn for this thread: Approved - CR | 293378 , 336671 , 142233 , 234008

Now from the POV given i would agree that the IDs 293378, 336671 and 142244 did indeed CR. But i have the POV of ID 142244 and if you closly watch it you can see that he for most of the time just positions his car infront of the suspects car so that he can't run, like at 0:47 or 1:55.

Additionaly most of the "rams" were very soft bumps like at 0:55 or at 2:11, there are although "real rams/bumps" like at 1:42 or at 3:03, but these two "rams" were made to pit the car and not to car ram him. You can see that because he is very defensive with his driving and touches the suspect car only a total of 5 times (more or less)

He even says on the radio: "dont ram him" 1:01, which indicates that he is fully aware of the situation and shows him not CR.

Now in case you agree with me that ID 142244 did not CR and only tried to pit the driver then only two LSPD members did CR (293378, 336671).
This would mean that the org punishment would not be appropriate.
