REPOST Because video was on private by accident and forum was rejected He was uncuffed to call private lawyer, I then attempted to call state lawyer. He then went on his phone and I assume TPd to an event to get out of the situation

He was randomly Tped for event IDs given by his leader. However, it was very easy to contact an Administrator to inform about him who was in an RP situation. No punishment will be issued
