I was just given a warning and demorgan for RDM also know as General rule 6.15. This guy was talking to my friend. He proceeded to pull a gun out and told me to leave. I felt that mine and my friends life's where at danger so I took matters into my own hands. He gave us demands 2 times so I'm not sure how this would be RDM. I was protecting me and my friend.

He pointed a gun to his family member and got killed after doing it. That's not RDM. He killed the guy because the guy might kill his fam member.

Hello,
This is still Non-RP. There was not a sufficient RP reason to kill that player. You cant just open fire because you saw him with a gun.
The admin will be spoken too for incorrect punishment​
