Sorry that i have to do this omplaint again but, people are abusing meaning of this rule.

under metageming rule states that:

Using VoIP programs such as Teamspeak, Skype, Discord and Ventrilo to communicate IC whilst in-game is strictly forbidden.

It says Communicate IC it is forbidden to use it as IC communication. otherwise it means taht you are nt allwoed to speak to anyone IRL is ofribdden. you are forbidding PEaople to speak in ooc programs with people tp play on server?
