he had no possibility to defend or comply with demands to defend himself so u should came with prepared hectically ur micro and be sure ppl will hear u or use RP cheat
or at leas if u would be with gun pointing on him and not give some UB demands from inside your car in his car so here is fully FAIL RP from all sides
