Upon reviewing the evidence I have decided to reject this report for fail rp
ID 30566 will not receive punishment as they did not speak for longer than 5 seconds and it was just one sentence.
However, ID 30566 will receive a punishment for Ghetto 1.7
ID 34132 will receive a punishment for PG (spraying with a gun in hand)​
