Freddy Andres was born and raised in a tough neighborhood in Chamberlain Hills in the very heart of the place called Ghetto, dealing with a lot of challenges. He grew up in a small apartment in a tough neighborhood where people often had a hard time making a living. During his teenage years, he got mixed up with local gangs and lots of illegal actions, Even though Freddy Andres faced a lot of problems, He still graduated from Davis High School. Because he was very intelligent, after some time he got a scholarship to the University of San Andreas it was a chance for him to get away from the tough life on the streets but the influence of the criminal world still tempted them.
Career Story:
After college, Freddy Andres by specializing in the criminology sector he catched the attention of the Federal Investigation Bureau (FIB), and he received an invitation to join the FIB. While moving up though the ranks from Junior Agent, Elite Agent all the way to FIB 00 Agent, he observed shady dealings and misconduct within the FIB. The idea of power and money tempted him so he started to do small secret operations way outside the rules. They made friends with big criminals in Los Santos, trying to be both a law person and a bit of a rule-breaker. Freddy's suspicious actions, mixed with a weird idea of what's right, made them important in the FIB but also got them watched by the inside people. Freddy deals this with guilt and the fear of getting caught and trying to keep balance in this crazy world of justice in Los Santos.
Outcomes:
1. Freddy can take bribes from anyone up to a maximum of 100K
2. Freddy can reduce jail time sentences, remove a person off the wanted list or even let them walk free if he decides to (Only friends/family or someone paying me well) With Proper RP (up to 100k)
3. Freddy Can go to the ghetto to shoot/kill/rob people for fun or to save his friends.( will not Fight with the Leos )
4. Freddy can buy/sell and use illegal items/guns in black market. ( but not FIB items )
5. Freddy can lie about a lawyer's availability.
6. Freddy can destroy anybody's body cam ( using /try twice only per situation ).
7. Freddy can become a hostage if he is bribed, up to $100K.
