was driving my car. got run over and then killed. since its second server and emergency never show up i decided to wait for hospital and went afk for a drink. when i came back im somehow in jail for "Stalling" i dont even know what this means. idk what to upload in proof. i saved 1 min vid when i came back to PC but its literally nothing. im standing right there where i was killed in the first place.
