I dont know what the admin here is doing, but the forum owner closed the forum, but the admin still says "its open, provide pov ". Does the admin have right to still request pov, when the forum owner wants to close the forum. Because I've been in this city for over 1 year and I never saw an admin still requesting pov when the forum owner wants to close forum.
