well i did not intentional did violation of rules. i was not sure i will come back to game cuz it was my IRL related issue and it was very serious. that's why i gave my account to my friend and you can see after that i have tried to do no rule breaks in city. Still i can ensure that this will never happen again. it was very old mistake to be honest. i told you guys the truth thats why i request to unban me

As u will see in rules that you can ignore if you have some own personal IRL reason to ignore it - you can appeal ur punishment
