In the previous forum the tiltle went wrong.I was not even chased by any gang then how can it comes under ghetto rule 1.6 this is unfair and some one is fight in the pov but he punished me.

Even in your own POV you see that a RP scene is engaged by the other side, so simply instead of hiding in the HQ, you could have gotten out of HQ went around and then after a while when made sure not being chased or involved in the RP went back to the HQ.
