Sir, I am writing this Thread about the unfair decision which was made against me which is GR 1.6 IRL trading. Sir, I will be telling you everything about using IDs.
1) Sir yesterday 12-12-2023 274720 made an allegation against me that I did IRL trading with him and he deceived admins by cropping ss and everything. Sir, you can check all the logs between 284734 and 274720. no money transfer has happened. 274720 was pushing me for IRL which I ignored and told him that u could not pay me enough for my hard work which I did in grand RP.
2) In this my friend also got banned 264967. I 284734 and 264967 agree with each other in that we will combine our money and make an office in the city which costs around 70 mills. The agreement was that I 284734 would give half the money 264967 would give half and we would start the office together and all the profits would be divided 50/50. I thought this would be no problem because in IRL everyone does partnerships in businesses and a living example of this is a whole grand RP project in which they have different partners. So to make an office and transfer money without breaking any server rules I transferred daily 5 mills to 264967 which started from 27-09-2023 to 02-10-2023 in this period I transferred money daily to my friend so After that he bought the office and we started working as partners we make our office server and on every night he gives me half of the profit which we make and I can provide all the proof which will u ask. Sir can check the logs between me 284734 and 264967 in which period I stated above and after that profit transfer as well? Sir all the Logs will provide proof of my words which I say.
3) Sir about a month ago my friend 264967 was leaving the server for a while due to his IRL Jobs so he transferred his family with an apartment to me so I could pay taxes and take a set of weapons from the warehouse when he returned to the city I can handover family back to him. Sir, he was gone for a long time so he forgot to pay taxes which we lost the office.
4) when the above allegation was made which I wrote in the first paragraph as I was the Leader of EMS at that time and was working hard in EMS so admins Steezy Murphy and Notix Haze contacted me and said that there was an allegation made against he told me to share screen to me and I show all DMS to them and even seeing all the things that there was nothing happen still the words of Steezy Murphy curator of EMS say "u are getting 60 days for promoting an IRL trade after the new leader appointed" which I never did. as I was going for 60 days I have like a family with apartment of someone else so I handover family to 322744 and told him after few days real owner will come u will handover the family to him.
Sir, I have to explain everything here because I don't know which thing got me a GR 1.6 permanent ban. Sir it will take some of your precious to check logs but sir I have played 8+ months in this server by investing 8-10 hours daily to build everything in this city and build a proper name in city people and admins as well. Sir, I have never gotten any punishment in Server because I play in this server like IRL thing and I avoid everything which I avoid in IRL. Sir, Please check the Logs of mine. Sir, I will respect every decision u make and I am pretty sure after checking Logs u will find me innocent.
