Approved Ban for OOC insult | Beni Valentine

Hello there to any admins reading this. I'm writing this today as I feel I have been wrongfully banned. someone in CC (Club chat) was talking about how they're inviting old shooters into there family from the Hotel and I said you cant polish a turd invite who you want. this meaning you cant make something inherently bad better by changing things. The word polish in the sentence isn't being used to talk about anyone's origin or anything of the sort I was referring to the polish as in cleaning and polishing. I Have linked the ban message and the original message from the game that I said IC. I do hope that this can hopefully fixed as i was pretty excited to play the new update this Friday and now because of this 7 day ban I will miss the launch. As you can see from my previous reports and previous punishments I am not someone who would insult someone IC let alone someone who would insult someone OOC I do hope you understand.
