Can someone answer a question for me? I am brand new to Grand RP and I was doing the typical new guy stuff by farming seeds. I have a guy come offer to buy my seeds from me and so I sell him what I have collected. He then somehow turns around and issues me a $10,000 fine. How is this possible and what happens when I refuse to pay the fine because I will quit before I pay it.

I guess he was a dept collecter
Which means you had unpaid fines,
Depth Collectors are the people who collect that amout from you to get the profit for them

Also recently I started to actively engage in my main business - business of selling things. Everything was fine, but the process of payments for clients did not go well. I searched for a long time for a solution and in the end the payment gateway from A-Pay. solved the problem. Now everything is fine, both I and the clients are happy.
