When Jackson was just a little boy, he didn't have that rich parents, so he lived in quite a poor house in the ghetto. It was a normal day when he was walking to school, and then 10 people with Blue clothing came up to him, robbed him, took all his clothes and personal belongings and dropped him off in a unknown location. He didnt know what to do, as he didn't recognize this place. But then someone came up to him and said "Ey Brother, welcome to Paleto Bay man!" So he knew exactly where he was. He started walking around the city, and then saw "SAHP". He walked over and tried to get a job, so he got interviewed and got employed. He made money and bought a house, and eventually got back on his feet again.

When Jackson officially went to Paleto Bay, he first got employed as an SAHP Watch Commander, but didn't stay for long. He then moved to FIB as the Deputy Head of SPECOPS, but he didn't like that job. So eventually, he got news that his old friend from school "Daisy Sans" became the General! So Daisy offered Jackson to enlist as a Commanding General, and he became a Curator of the Air Force, as he studied Piloting in university. He loved his job, but took a tiny break as he was having to do some work outside of his job, but then came back and is now employed on full time.
Outcomes:
1- Jackson Rose can take and break 10-15s bodycam (using /try and /do - 2 times per situation)
2- Jackson Rose can accept bribes up to $100,000
3- Jackson Rose can use illegal items whilst on duty
4- Jackson Rose can be bias to friends / family and give them less time in jail.
5- Jackson Rose can lie about the presence of a lawyer.
