I would like to ask you about my ban because I would love to make the most of this Update and with this ban duration I won't be able to, I apologize immensely for having mentioned relatives and I promise that a situation like this will not happen again on my part, I would like of a ban reduction since the ban can go from 180mins of mute to 7d, I'm not saying that I don't agree with the punishment but I really have few punishments and that's why I'm asking you for this, please reconsider my apology and lower it ban, thanks for your time.
