The Past
Riku was born in the heart of Toronto, filled with city lights and people from various backgrounds Riku was always a troubled kid who used to fight bullies for his friends since his loyalty to those he trusted meant everything to him. Riku's parents are always busy due to having a military background in special ops, therefore they put Riku in extracurricular activities such as sports and martial arts to keep him distracted. By the age of 13, Riku was already very proficient in the art of various martial arts and shooting, his father would visit during off-hours to show Riku how to defend himself with and against firearms as they would often spar together and shoot various wine bottles in their backyard. His father would also teach him a variety of other special forces skills such as stealth and concealment of items. Riku's mother thought him other valuable life lessons such as loyalty. friendship, and a strong sense of justice.
When Riku was 16 he found out from his father's friend that his parents died in a spec ops mission, and was told that his father and mother went back ignoring mission protocol to help out their comrades. devastated by the news, Riku felt a strong sense of justice and went through various training with his father's friend to join spec ops. At the age of 18, Riku got accepted into the Canadian Spec Ops, with great numbers he displayed in his tests Riku was top of his class. Riku then from there learned more about hacking and interrogation, Riku even went on missions with his father's friend who he later found out was the commander.
Tragedy
During a mission in Los Santos, Rikus's team was ambushed, by the notorious gang named "The Ballas" who wiped out most of the Rikus team excluding himself who managed to escape, and his commander (his father's friend) who disappeared. Riku who thinks of the commander as his loyal friend who he will protect then sets out by himself in a new city to find his commander. Riku started to blend in the ghetto district of the city by going to driving events and car shows there, he ended up losing a race to a racer whom people call "Kxng" (King). unable to pay the racer the money for losing, Kxng took pity on Riku and told him there's a way to make money. Riku later found out that Kxng brought him to meet a person named Tommo who was a Ballas high command, after getting initiated into the gang Riku started learning and living the gang life. Rikus's true mission was to destroy the Ballas gang and find the commander then get out of this mess.
During a ghetto encounter with another strong gang known as "The Blood Street Gang" Riku noticed the commander amongst the Bloods gang and decided to chase him to find out what's going on, as Riku catches up to the commander, he later is told the real story of how the commander was the one that got his parents killed under the Blood leaders orders and the commander also announced to spec ops command center that everyone on this mission is dead including Riku. Feeling betrayed and angry Riku tries to fight the commander but ends up losing the fight and is stabbed in his left eye, as Riku is about to die, he is then saved by a man who later on is revealed to be the leader of the Ballas gang Ron Atkin. Riku recovers and notices his left eye is replaced with a bionic eye which resembles a real one and ends up joining the Atkin family alongside the Ballas to get revenge on the commander for what he's done to him and his parents. after being with the Atkin family and gang life Riku learns a lot and ends up learning how cruel and corrupt this world is, he then has loyalty and respect for Ron and his family for helping him and decides to not go back to Canada as he is already declared dead.
The Present
A year later Ron then tells Riku that the only way to make a change in this world is to be the power, which then Ron runs as a candidate for the governor role and ends up getting it. Ron then asks Riku to help him change this world for the better as his deputy, Riku accepts and vows that one day he will get the commander for the pain he has caused, and continue to help those who have been wronged just like he has been.

(1) With training and driving Riku is experienced in comfortably driving any SUV/4 Door vehicle off the road if necessary.
(2) With his training and driving, Riku can confidently drive any vehicle at high speeds without the risk of injury to himself or passengers.
