After analyzing the evidence, I have decided to Accept this report.
ID 67761 Will be punished for Event Rule 1.2
It is forbidden to kill, rob, kidnap, etc. before the event starts (10 minutes before), during and 5 minutes after

(Rule clearly says you cant kill someone when event is going on, even after 5 minutes after finishing.)

However, ID 32866 will be punished for meta-gaming.​
