I am writing this letter to request the unban of my account. I have been a loyal player of Grand RP for a long time now, and I have never violated any of the game's rules. However, I recently got a new PC and shifted my game to the new device. Unfortunately, your system detected that my account was shared with another PC, which led to my account being banned.
I understand that your game has a general rule (1.1) that prohibits the sharing or trading of accounts. However, I would like to clarify that this was not the case with my account. It was simply a mistake, and I am still the owner of the account. I have never shared or traded my account with anyone else.
I would like to request that you unban my account as soon as possible. I am eager to continue playing Grand RP and enjoying all the features it has to offer. I hope that you will consider my request and take the necessary steps to unban my account.
