In previous complaint, i've described my scenario about this ban that I shifted to a new pc so maybe the system detected it as a violation of GEN Rule 1.1. I'm not guilty in this case and have never done any violation in 1y+ in Grand RP but if you insist for a money wipe then i agree...

Also I have other accounts in other servers like EN#1 & EN#3. And i need to login them on my new pc too. So Idon't what gonna happen with those accounts too. 😞
