The suspect had been downed during the gun fight. We had placed them in cuffs and they were refusing medical attention. We were having to use Med Kits because the Cooldown was active on our ORG Heal from healing each other. While trying to heal them, as you will see in the video, both my partner and I start to lose HP without even being shot at. I'm not sure what is going on here but I'm am almost positive this is a hack of some kind.
