Grand rp crashing

Im having crashing issues aswell and its that when im doing the tutorial and i try go into the post office my game crashes and i cant figure out why becuase the game runs smooth its only when i try enter the post office i have tried updating drivers ive tried updating launchers and ive tried to verify my game files on both the grand rp launcher and on steam and i have also tried to swap servers aswell from british 1-2 and its just not working and i have 16 gb of ram and im still struggling to figure out the problem hope someone can help thanks
