ID 19367 will receive a punishment for General Rule 6.8 (It is restricted to do any amoral actions in relation to an unconscious person (e.g. spitting, sexual animations and etc.) | BAN 3-7 days.

ID 99977 will receive punishment for General Rule 3.1 (Insulting of the person (OOC) is strictly prohibited |Mute 180 minutes or ban up to 7 days)

However, ID 1351 will not be punished for GR 6.8 (In the given POV we can't see him breaking It)
