2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
- I've been in many organizations but Bloods was my first one. I already been here as a vice-leader and I would be grateful to let everyone know the power of this bloody gang
- Joining a gang can provide a lot of fun and it is a better alternative to legal organization. While legal org have many strict intern rules, the bloods gang will have nearly zero additional rules (besides general rules, ghetto rules etc)
-I've have seen many gangs not guided properly. Most of the newcomers don't know rules or how to make profits as a gangster that's why I'm ready to train an elite army to recruit strong and self-sufficient soldiers
-I want to organize the gang so that at all times there are activities to do for everyone. I hate when there is nothing to do.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
-Make meeting every week and every day to discuss about the journey
-Attend all the events and activities in the city
-Create alliance and/or wars based on relationships
-Create unique events for both bloods and non-bloods
-Organize convoy during any gang activity
-Teaching members how the game works in RP way
