Early Life
Born in Tehran Iran, Aydin an only child, was born into a wealthy, and educated family, both parents were graduate of West Point, where they had first met and fell in love. Father Sean, with a degree in Cyber Security and Defense and Strategic Studies, Mother Sheri, in Economics and Psychology. After College they moved back to Iran were Sean join Savak (Iranian Secret Service) during the Pahlavi dynasty and within few years become the head of department. Sheri decided to open up her own Psychology center that would focus mainly on troubled youth. Life for Aydin and his family were going great for many years until the Iranian revolution took place which forced Aydin’s parents to flee to the USA before they would be captured.

Having to leave everything behind, Aydin’s family reached the US with barely a couple of suitcases and a few dollars in their names. Life in the US was hard for Aydin for the first few years. Rebelling against his parents' hanging out with the wrong crowd, doing drugs, skipping school, until one day his best friend gets shot and killed in front of his eyes, from then on Aydin made a promise to straighten himself out and follow his parents' footsteps, years graduating from West Point with a degree in Economics and Defense Strategy.

Soon after graduating, the US was attacked by terrorist regime and war between the US and middle east would begin. Aydin was shortly thereafter recruited by the CIA. Spending the first two years in extensive training, close combat, demolition, spying, espionage, linguistics before being shipped out to the middle east. Once there, he met Ron Atkin and a few of his family members, a born leader, a tough kid from LS who led a crew of the most ruthless killers I had ever seen. During their 2 tours in middle east these men did over 30 co-op missions enduring the worst of the war. During the war Ron had mentioned several times how his city was being taken over by criminals and corrupt politicians and vowed when the war was over, he would take back the city he loved and wanted Aydin by his side. After the war Aydin followed his brother in arms to Los Santos and in the coming years would be a big part of the Atkin family's financial success.

Once in LS, with his extensive background in spying and espionage, he decided to open up a gun shop in order to connect and lure the gang members to believe he’s one of their own, and for a short time joined Ballas and Marabunta to see how their operations work. Not being connected to any gang, Aydin was able to be a top distributor of weapons ammunition to all gangs and with few lucrative real estate deals became one of the wealthiest people in LS.
Present
Upon joining the Gov Aydin is given the position of Ministry of Finance. Where he learns how the previous Governors had a track record of stealing money not only from the people of Los Santos but also other legal organizations. With the new vision set forth, Aydin plans on turning the huge deficit into a surplus after the previous administrations had run the economy into the ground. In order for Aydin to continue his relationship to the underground world, his record has been wiped from the database where he can work under cover supplying the gangs with illegal weapons and ammunition not only to benefit him financially but also to be able to supply information needed to take down illegal organizations in this city.
Outcome:
Aydin: May cut deals with certain gang members he used to know and are still loyal to him.
Aydin: is allowed to take bribes up to 20k
Aydin: Can pick up and use illegal weapons on duty.
Aydin: will be able to go into the Ghetto off duty and do whatever he wants at any time.
Aydin: Showing no fear to 2 or less people, being able to try his best to talk himself out of the situation where 2 or less people are holding him hostage at gunpoint. He is not afraid to use his combat training when he sees an opportunity to get out by using force.
Aydin: Can sell and buy illegal items at Black Market. Excludes any weapons/armor from organization
Aydin: Has bias towards his family members so he can reduce their sentence if situation has minimal possibility of getting caught.
Aydin: Will be able to get involved in criminal activity when undercover to gain evidence in order to build a file.
