Also this officer was behind the gate and he placed spikes in front of the gate to blow off the tires of the car this can be seen in timestamp 4:47 of the video. for the spike i can simplely slide it under the door example

also looking back on the pov i have came to a conclusion of you "sliding" the strip through my wheels and somehow it manages to puncture my wheels in my opinion if you slid it through the gate i get but not through my car so thats no rp aswel
