1. The Black Chiron SS is parked & 296726 is wearing a Dunce hat with a white hoodie and white spotted luminous pants clothing. Immediately after he leaves the same colored black Bugatti Chiron with the driver wearing the same dunce cap protruding the roof, wearing the same white hoodie and the same luminous pants rams into it... at 0:43 he spins out of control after impact revealing himself entirely after blowing out the door.
2. I landed in-between the parking lines that are next to the road beside the sidewalk. At :05 & :10 the lines are clearly visible.
For my understanding, Parking a Helicopter is only against the rules if the building that is landed on is not accessible with a ladder. (Rule 6.18).
As far as I know, Parking is an IC issue and not OOC. Furthermore, I have previously received a parking ticket from a police officer on my helicopter. I don't clearly understand what I did wrong and there is no information regarding this issue. When I asked about the ticket I was told to hire a lawyer and resolve it ICly. I don't know why the admin is making this OOC.
I do not understand how this isn't clear enough evidence since the game has limitations on the distance for viewing a player ID because otherwise it would be considered hacking.
