so this guy came like a maniac in the wrong side of the road .. i was so mad so i fired a warning shot at him. and i clearly see the damage indicator goes off but not his health. so just to make sure i fired 3 more shots from my carbine.. please look whats happening in the POV its in HD.. this guys health is not dropping a single bit

After checking with PC Checkers it is a Visual Bug he actually took damage.​
