Ans. a. I have been in SAHP 3-5 terms and i have started my career in SAHP officer as a cadet to Chief Of Department in my way till COD i have faced Strikes and Promotions and can make each and every unit Susses full and i am 100 sure i can take this risponestibely of Leader and I believe I am ready to take up the leadership of SAHP.
b. In order to win you Need a Good Team and with that a Good clam leader who can scould you at you mistakes and congo you at your sussces and motivater you. me personly i am very calm in every sutitution so a leader like me can guide all the player with a grate manner and calm mind.
c. My goal is to cultivate a serene, harmonious, and enjoyable atmosphere within the SAHP, ensuring that officers not only excel in their duties but also relish their time spent within the organization. I envision a workplace where officers engage in meaningful activities, fostering a sense of camaraderie and making the SAHP a genuinely enjoyable place to work. Ans.I've observed a pattern since joining SAHP that certain departments are not functioning optimally due to inactivity. This lack of engagement stems from the fact that the units within these departments become disinterested over time, primarily because they don't receive the anticipated bonuses for their hard work. In my leadership tenure, my commitment is to ensure that all department members receive the bonuses they deserve, fostering an environment where their work is both enjoyable and rewarding. To boost morale, I plan to organize a promotion ceremony every Sunday, acknowledging and celebrating the dedication and hard work of officers within the organization. The central focus of my efforts will be on the FTO department, where officers play a pivotal role in training new recruits and instilling discipline. By prioritizing the recognition and motivation of FTO division members, I aim to ensure that new personnel get a taste of the positive and constructive atmosphere within our legal organization.
