LEO: Protect the New FIB HQ
Gangs: Have to Arrive at FIB HQ and Kill all leos
All org can participate

For LEOS: Only Some Bricades as Barricades
For Gangs: Kuruma

How is the event won?
LEOs: If all Gang Membr are down LEO´s won
Gang: If all LEO´s are down Gangs won
