Life story
Rocky was born in a poor background. When he was 12 years old both of his parents were killed by a gang. As he was lonely one of the opposite gang member got an eye on him. They took him with them and raised them there played, enjoyed and they taught Rocky of this crime life. As Rocky was raised there he made many friends and it was like a family. But one day an expected event occured. Cops raided their hq and all were beaten up and arrested. As Rocky was a minor he was not sent to and was sent to concentration camp. Rocky was then given education by the court and was sent to an ngo for child adoption.
Career Story:
Rocky had a tragic past. He decided to work upon himself and be a cop so that he can rescue his friends. He started to work in restaurant as a partime, studied hard, worked upon himself and finally became a cop. After becoming cop he got to know that the gang was released a long way before but was killed soon by the opposite gang.
Rocky was in a devastating state as all he did this was for his gang members. Rocky then decided to take revenge that opposite gang. Rocky worked hard and achieved one of the highest post in the LSPD. But as more power came he became corrupted and because of his past background.

1. Rocky can take bribe upto 100k
2.Rocky can be a hostage for money(Max 100k)
3. Rocky can bail out his friends or family members to get out of prison
4. Rocky can buy/sell guns from black market(personal guns)
5. Rocky can keep org stuff off duty (will make sure not to break Gr.6.3)
6. Rocky can search and destroy bodycam of someone (/try command twice to search in a situation and /do to break the bodycam)
7. Rocky can go to ghetto off duty and kill or rob people
8. Rocky can ask criminals to drop guns and ammos instead of confiscating it.
9. Rocky can lie to suspect for calling a lawyer
10. Rocky can use illegal items on duty or off duty
