2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
Well first of all I have been Curator of LSPD and Ballas Street Gang, I'm also Former Bloods,Ballas,Marabunta Grande, and also on state side I'm the 12th Chief of Police and I'm also the 16th General of NG. if I got leadership I feel I could bring LSPD max numbers and have LSPD super active and doing all events and always having people out towing as towing is the most important thing about LSPD.
Second Reason I want to be leader of LSPD is because a lot of leaders before don't know how to run LSPD the right way. if given the chance I would complete not only 1 term my goal is to do 2 terms with the most numbers seen. with the help of my Deputys and my High Command we will make LSPD grow in numbers with HR recruiting all time zones. I also feel like if I was to get LSPD a lot of people would want to join me we would make sure there is no crime scene in the city while I'm leader making sure all illegal parked cars get towed and getting all bandits off the streets. last reason I want to be leader of LSPD is because I feel like if I get it LSPD will strive to be great and in my last LSPD term went well but this time I aim for 2 terms.
Third Reason I want to be leader of LSPD is because I have so much experience and I want to help new people or friends that were in my last LSPD term. I also feel like I could make LSPD fun and enjoyable and giving bonus to all hard-working officers. I feel like if I got leadership a lot of people would join, and it would be the best term seen. My Advice for improving RolePlay within LSPD is to bring strong leadership a lot of recent leaders have not truly made LSPD Term. So if I got I would make LSPD the best Org seen with good numbers and attending Max Events at all times. my last bit of advice to improve RolePlay is to recruit people who aren't big rule breakers and bring in people who know what they are doing or willing to learn at all cost. thanks again for reading my application hope you consider me for LSPD Yours Truly ~ Jay Rose!
