in this forum Reviewed - VDM, Provoking | 310289 I taked 7 days warning and 180 minutes prison. FL in RP punishment is not Mute ? Why givved to me Warning ?

I was just buying a car from a Turkic friend that is an IC in my opinion we are both in front of our own family house and this is not considered a GZ in my opinion . and I got a 7 day warning for FL . So why did the admin say that the mute was FL in RP punishment
