By pulling him over the way you did, knowing there was a call for corruption about them, you took the risk of being killed by them. You initiated RP by pulling them over and should have been more careful about it. He shot you to the hospital, but left the others there. They were down on the floor, killing you to the hospital does not affect the RP as they could have driven of anyways. He will, however, receive a punishment for finishing you.
