1. I want to be the leader of lspd as i think i have the knowledge to lead the organization since the beginning i have worked as a high command giving it all to the org for enough time in every side of the city organizations whether it be legal or gangs from the leader position or to deputy or to a rookie i have experienced it all.
2. Having been part of this community since its start and serving in high command, I aim to put my extensive experience to enhance the overall experience during my term. My approach to leadership involves being approachable and friendly, guiding colleagues on rules and regulations, and taking necessary actions for infractions to ensure organizational smoothness. I believe in leading by example, offering respect, and delegating responsibilities to foster a collaborative and efficient team. My commitment is to create a memorable and positive environment where every member has opportunities aligned with their skills and is encouraged to contribute to success.

Collaborative efforts will not only improve roleplay dynamics but also create an exciting and positive atmosphere. Additionally, I recognize the importance of a familial bond within our own organization. By treating our employees like family, learning from mistakes, and enjoying our time together, we aim to cultivate a thriving environment that contributes to organizational success and an engaging work experience.
Recruitment Drives: We will focus on doing recruitment drives in different time zones of the city so we can have units from different time zones and not lack in any time zone.
